Options for Voting
Vote By Mail
Mail-in ballots are sent out on October 7th. Once received, try to return your ballot ASAP so that if there are any issues, the County has time to contact you. Include your phone number on the ballot envelope before you sign and seal it.
The best way to return your mail-in ballot is to put it in one of the 19 Drop Boxes located around Yavapai County. Click the button below for Drop Box addresses. Returning your ballot via Drop Box is highly recommended instead of using USPS.
If you are not on the Active Early Vote List to automatically receive a ballot by mail, the deadline to request a ballot by mail is October 23rd. You can request your ballot using the button below.

Vote Early in Person
If you like to vote in person, but don’t want to wait in line on Election Day, you can vote early in person starting on October 7th and ending on October 30th.
There are 3 locations in Yavapai County where voters can go in person to vote before Election Day:
Prescott: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm at the Yavapai County Administration Building at 1015 Fair Street
Prescott Valley: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm at the Prescott Valley Town Center at 3001 Main St, Ste 1E/1F
Cottonwood: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm at the Yavapai County Annex at 10 S 6th St
Election Day Voting
Polls are open from 6am to 7pm on Tuesday, November 3rd. In Yavapai County, voters are able to cast their ballot at any one of the 27 vote centers located throughout the county. Click the button below to find the vote center located closest to you.
